Author visit: Sarah Carroll visits 3rd Years

Many thanks to the author Sarah Carroll who visited our library today to speak to 3rd years about her debut novel and creative writing. ‘The Girl in Between’ has been shortlisted for the Irish Book award in the Young Adult category as well as the Great Reads award. Homelessness and other social issues are the central themes of this book. Voting for the Irish Book Awards closes at midday on the 23 November 2017 and you can vote here. Voting for the Great Reads Award is opened until Friday 12th January 2018 and you can vote here.
